Sustainable Agriculture

Recently, modern industrialized agriculture has been a system that degrades soils by extracting minerals. Top soils is the basis of life on Earth and it is decreasing at an alarming rate because of soil erosion. This monoculture goes against the laws of nature, leads to biodiversity loss and habitat destruction. GreenHub promotes sustainable agricultural production and livelihoods by providing evidence-based practices, business development training and support, and by connecting farmers to cooperatives and to national technical experts and resources.
