Who we are?

GreenHub is a civil society organization that enables sustainable communities. We do this by developing and implementing effective, evidence-based practices which help us to achieve sustainable livelihoods, promote eco-friendly development and create resilient communities. We offer technical expertise and consulting services to partners and community members to assist them with community development and capacity building and to ensure our impact can be sustained by the communities we work in. We cultivate partners and connect community members to resources that improve their lives and environments. We share our experiences and insights to advocate for policies that advance Vietnam’s green growth and development.

A strong, inclusive and green development for a resilient Vietnam

To develop and implement effective, evidence-based practices that promote green production, sustainable lifestyles, and climate change responses towards resilient communities, energy efficiency and natural resource conservation.
Waste Management

GreenHub’s waste management efforts are centered around raising consumer awareness and influencing behavioral change to reduce, reuse, and recycle (3R’s) waste, marine debris monitoring and Coastal Clean-up Campaigns including volunteer activities to engage the community.

Energy Efficiency

The government has made continuous efforts to improve energy efficiency practices in both the supply and demand side of the agricultural production.

Sustainable Agriculture

GreenHub promotes sustainable agricultural production and livelihoods by providing evidence-based practices, business development training and support, and by connecting farmers to cooperatives and to national technical experts and resources.

Natural Conservation

Viet Nam continues its rapid development with a consistently high rate of annual GDP growth. This has created great economic and social benefits, yet, comes with significant environment challenges, including: deforestation, depletion of natural resources, and water, soil and air pollution in urban and rural areas. GreenHub acknowledges the need to harmonize industrial and agricultural development and conservation in order to create sustainable livelihoods, restore and conserve our national biodiversity and environment and the related ecosystem services for present and future generations..
