The circular economy is increasingly recognized as an effective economic model closely linked to sustainable development goals. With its closed-loop system, the model helps reduce the amount of input resources used and minimize waste generated, thereby addressing many of today’s pressing environmental challenges.
For businesses in Vietnam, alongside profit and growth, sustainable development, efficient resource use, and waste reduction have become essential challenges that must be addressed.

On January 13–14, GreenHub, in collaboration with the Ha Long Women’s Union, organized a business training workshop for a group of core women members in the association. The training aimed to strengthen business capacity and introduce business models based on recycled products. During the two-day program in Quang Ninh Province, GreenHub hosted several warm and engaging sessions to share and provide basic knowledge on business models, effective entrepreneurial thinking, and the courage to innovate and lead with new ideas for members of the association.

Beyond the initial goal of enhancing capacity and creating sustainable local income opportunities, GreenHub also hopes that activities under the PAN Project – Plastic Action Network can be expanded across Quang Ninh Province, further spreading green lifestyles and sustainable production practices to communities throughout the country.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Ha Long Women’s Union for partnering with GreenHub in the mission of “building foundations and connecting communities to practice green living and green production.”
