The role of informal women collectors in environmental protection
AuthorAdministrator

GreenHub, together with sponsor AVI, recorded an interview with national television station VTV about the group of informal female collectors at Tho Vuc landfill in Phu Yen province. See here.

Through the news, GreenHub hopes that everyone will have a different view of the group of informal collectors in today's society, their role in the plastic waste recycling chain as well as their contributions to environmental protection.

In 2021-2022, GreenHub has been one of the organizations actively implementing gender-related projects and enhancing the importance of the group of informal female collectors in the plastic waste recycling chain in Phu Yen province.

The activity is part of the project "C36 - Capacity building for women waste collectors in the plastic waste recycling chain", with the participation of sponsor Australian Volunteers International (AVI), and implemented by GreenHub and Phu Yen Provincial Women's Union.
