Pilot models such as the Zero Waste Village and the Plastic Bag-Free Market were successfully evaluated, contributing to behavior change in the community regarding domestic waste management. A final project workshop was organized to share results, practical experiences, and lessons learned, paving the way for the model’s replication in neighboring areas.

The project "Pilot Model of Circular Economy in Waste Management at Lam Dong Commune", also known as the "Zero Waste Lam Dong" project, has been developed and implemented from August 2023 to March 2025 by the Center for Supporting Green Development (GreenHub) and the People's Committee of Hoang Lam Ward (formerly Lam Dong Commune People’s Committee), with the sponsorship and co-implementation of Damen Song Cam Shipbuilding Company Limited (DSCS). The project aims to reduce the amount of waste going to landfills or leaking into the environment through a public-private partnership in waste management.
