In September, the event “Online consultation: Troubleshooting,” within the framework of the project “Accelerating socio-economic development and multidimensional poverty reduction among ethnic minorities in Vietnam” and the project “Promoting women-owned companies in Lao Cai to expand business” was delivered online.
The event allows Cooperatives to create internal and external relationships by exchanging ideas with professionals with decades of expertise in essential oils, medicinal herbs, homestay tourism, machinery, and production optimization.
Cooperatives had the chance to consult with experts, discuss issues, interact with and exchange knowledge with other units, better define the development plan, remove obstacles in the development process, explore thoughts and ideas, and understand how to do business efficiently.
The event “Online Consulting – Troubleshooting” has attracted the participation of 28 Cooperatives, including 12 cooperatives within the framework of the SEDEMA project (Accelerating socio-economic development and multi-dimensional poverty reduction among ethnic minorities in Vietnam) and 16 cooperatives under the GREAT project (Promoting women-owned companies in Lao Cai to expand their business). The consultation session provided and solved the questions and difficulties of the Cooperatives within the framework of the projects and brought new and creative perspectives to develop the business models of the cooperatives further.
