THE LARGEST ENVIRONMENTAL EVENT IN QUANG NINH IN 2021

The Green Connection Festival is an environmental event that will take place on April 24, 2021, expected to attract thousands of participants at Sun World Ha Long.

This activity is part of the project “Building the Plastic Action Network for Reduction, Reuse, and Recycling (3Rs) of Plastic Waste in Vietnam” (PAN), funded by the Coca-Cola Global Foundation, with the collaboration of the Quang Ninh Women’s Union and the Center for Supporting Green Development – GreenHub.

The Green Connection Festival 2021 will feature more than 25 green lifestyle booths, showcasing creative models and products made from reused and recycled plastic waste. Visitors will also have the chance to explore artistic installations presenting plastic waste data, participate in traditional folk games, and enjoy exciting music performances.

Continuing the series of activities, the Final Round of the Environmental Public Speaking Competition “GreenTalk 2021 – Season 2” will take place on the same evening, where the most outstanding contestants will compete for the championship. Audiences will also enjoy performances by dozens of artists and have the opportunity to interact with influential figures and inspiring guests.

Another highlight of the festival is the Clean-up Activity, bringing together hundreds of participants with the goal of improving environmental cleanliness and raising awareness about reducing waste in Ha Long.
