About GreenHub: Center for Supporting Green Development (hereinafter referred to as GreenHub) is a non-profit scientific organization under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, established in 2016. Currently, GreenHub is operating in 3 main areas:
(1) Plastic pollution and marine debris: In order to contribute to solving the problem of plastic pollution and marine debris, GreenHub carries out campaigns to raise public awareness, enhance the capacity of local people in plastic waste management, and research, monitor, evaluate and quantify marine debris, strengthen the network on marine waste management, plastic pollution and policy advocacy.
(2) Zero Waste: GreenHub becomes a pioneer organization promoting the application of Zero Waste practices in Vietnam through waste management assessment, design and implementation of Zero Waste models (models for collecting, classifying, reusing, recycling household waste, organic waste, etc.) in communities, businesses, educational and tourism units.
(3) Nature conservation: Through community activities, environmental education, youth empowerment and spreading communication messages, GreenHub continues to highlight the importance of nature restoration for health, environment and economic development.
