Water is an extremely precious resource, especially for those living along the river. For people of the river like Mr. Truong Kim Phuc, the first person to submit an entry to the poster contest “Let the river breathe”, the sweetness of the Tien River is always the most beautiful childhood memory. However, in the current state of environmental pollution, if we do not properly manage waste dumped into the river, we are facing the risk of losing those precious freshwater resources.

Mr. Phuc shared in his entry: "Let's give the river a chance to 'breathe,' just like we create a gradually better way to 'breathe' for ourselves and future generations. That is a profound call for us to work together to take actions to protect the environment, preserve and develop freshwater resources for us and future generations."
