GreenHub officially becomes an Organizational Partners of the Vietnam Independent Directors Association (VNIDA)

In December 2025, GreenHub signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking an important milestone as an official Organizational Partner of the Vietnam Independent Directors Association (VNIDA) - a nationwide professional association licensed by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA). VNIDA’s mission is to promote best practices in corporate governance, enhance the value of independent directors, and strengthen board effectiveness through networking, training, and sharing experiences, while protecting members’ advantages to advance professionalism, independence, transparency, and integrity. Notably, VNIDA is also an authorized organization licensed to issue international ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) certifications for enterprises.

In the coming period, GreenHub will work in partnership with VNIDA to promote ESG advisory, implementation, and practice for the business community in Viet Nam, including:

• Advisory support for enterprises in registering for and obtaining ESG certification issued by CRIF.
• Advisory support in designing and implementing initiatives that generate positive Environmental (E) and Social (S) impacts, through the provision of corporate training, as well as the co-development and implementation of projects in community development, waste management, circular economy, nature conservation, gender equality, and community health, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15.

With extensive experiences in research, advisory services, and the design of CSER/ESG programmes for corporates, educational institutions, and the private sector, GreenHub will serve as a trustworthy bridge for businesses to approach and implement ESG in a systematic, effective manner aligned with Vietnam’s context.
